Customer Support Outbound Sales Executive

Shift: US/Canada Night Shift (10 Hours)
Working Days: 5 Days a Week | 2 Rotational Week Offs

About the Role

We are hiring experienced professionals for an International Telecom Sales process supporting customers in the US and Canada. This is a voice-based sales role where you will engage with customers, identify their requirements, recommend telecom products and services, and drive revenue through consultative selling.

Candidates with international customer service experience involving upselling or cross-selling are encouraged to apply.

Salary

Position - Associate
Experience - 1–2.5 Years
CTC ₹4.60 LPA

Position - Senior Associate
Experience - 2.5+ Years
CTC ₹6.09 LPA

Key Responsibilities

• Handle outbound and inbound customer interactions for US/Canada telecom services.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable plans, upgrades, and value-added services.

• Achieve sales, conversion, and revenue targets while maintaining customer satisfaction.

• Build rapport with customers through effective communication and consultative selling.

• Accurately document customer interactions in CRM and follow compliance guidelines.

• Meet quality, productivity, and performance KPIs consistently.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 1 year of International Voice Process experience.

• Experience in International Customer Service, Upselling, or Cross-selling is mandatory.

• Excellent English communication skills (C1 Level).

• Willing to work permanent US/Canada night shifts.

• Domestic Voice, Chat, and Blended experience is not eligible for this role.
