Job Title: Sales Executive – IDFC Process

Shift Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Salary: ₹14,500 (Take Home)

Job Description: We are hiring Sales Executives for the IDFC process. This is a target-driven role focused on promoting financial products and services to potential customers. Candidates should possess strong selling skills and be comfortable communicating in Hindi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound sales calls to promote IDFC financial products

• Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

• Deliver excellent customer service and follow-up

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate)

• Average Hindi-speaking ability with strong persuasion and selling skills

• Prior experience in sales or telecalling preferred but not mandatory

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
