Position: Online Reputation Management (ORM) Executive

Work Schedule: 6 Days Working | 1 Rotational Off

Shift: Rotational(Day ) | 9 Hours

• Handle social media escalations, customer complaints, and online reputation-related concerns.Monitor and respond to customer feedback across social media platforms.

• Manage online reputation and ensure timely resolution of escalated concerns.

• Monitor and manage online reviews, ratings, comments, and customer feedback across various platforms.Maintain a professional and empathetic tone while interacting with customers.

• Respond to negative reviews and escalations professionally and work towards converting negative customer experiences into positive outcomes.

• Engage with customers, understand their concerns, and convince/persuade them with appropriate resolutions.

• Requirements:6 Months+ of relevant experience in ORM, social media escalations, customer experience, or a similar role.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and customer sentiment.

• Excellent problem-solving and escalation-handling skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Comfortable with rotational day shifts and rotational weekly offs.

• Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
