Coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders, business teams, and IT teams to ensure smooth execution of operational activities. Draft and communicate professional emails with stakeholders regarding operational requirements, follow-ups, and issue resolutions. Monitor and track activities to ensure timely completion and adherence to defined processes. Identify process gaps, operational risks, and compliance-related issues, and escalate when required. Maintain high accuracy levels while handling operational tasks and documentation. Support process improvement initiatives and contribute to operational efficiency.
