Job Summary

We are hiring a Project Manager to handle elevator installation and site coordination work.
हम एक प्रोजेक्ट मैनेजर की भर्ती कर रहे हैं जो लिफ्ट इंस्टॉलेशन और साइट समन्वय का कार्य संभालेगा।

Key Responsibilities | प्रमुख जिम्मेदारियाँ

• Coordinate elevator installation work at sites.
  साइट पर लिफ्ट इंस्टॉलेशन कार्य का समन्वय करें।

• Communicate with clients, suppliers, and contractors.
  क्लाइंट्स, सप्लायर्स और कांट्रैक्टर्स से संपर्क करें।

• Monitor site progress and report daily updates.
  साइट की प्रगति पर नज़र रखें और रोज़ाना अपडेट दें।

• Ensure work is completed on time and as per quality standards.
  कार्य समय पर और गुणवत्ता मानकों के अनुसार पूरा कराएं।

• Solve minor site issues and inform management of major problems.
  छोटी साइट समस्याओं का समाधान करें और बड़ी समस्याओं की जानकारी मैनेजमेंट को दें।

• Manage materials and tools required at the site.
  साइट पर आवश्यक सामग्री और औज़ारों का प्रबंधन करें।

Qualifications & Skills | योग्यता और कौशल

• Minimum 10th pass or ITI / Diploma (optional).
  न्यूनतम 10वीं पास या आईटीआई / डिप्लोमा (वैकल्पिक)।

• Fresher to 2 years of work experience.
  फ्रेशर से लेकर 2 साल तक का कार्य अनुभव।

• Good communication and coordination skills.
  अच्छे संचार और समन्वय कौशल।

• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp / Emails.
  व्हाट्सएप / ईमेल की सामान्य जानकारी।

• Willingness to travel for site work.
  साइट के कार्य के लिए यात्रा करने की इच्छा।

Work Schedule | कार्य समय

• 6 days a week, Timing: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
  सप्ताह में 6 दिन कार्य, समय: सुबह 9:00 बजे से शाम 6:00 बजे तक

• Site visits across city as per requirement. (Virar To Churchgate)
  आवश्यकता अनुसार शहर में साइट विज़िट।
