ROLE: SALES OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage marketplace operations, including listings, inventory management, and sales analysis.
- Coordinate with vendors for product uploads and issue resolution.
- Act as the primary point of contact for new leads, educating them about our products and passing qualified leads to the sales team.
- Handle order processing and ensure timely delivery.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints.
- Regularly update the database and be on top of all developments.
- Streamline operational processes and conduct regular audits.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align activities with objectives.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or similar.
- 1 year of e-commerce operations experience, preferably in marketplaces.
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and customer centric approach.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Flexible to adapt to evolving business needs.
- Ability to work effectively on tools like MS office, Video conferencing, analytics.
