Job Description – Non-Voice (Chat Process)

Position: Customer Support Executive – Chat Process
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹13,000 In-Hand
Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass
Experience: Fresher / 0–6 Months
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Shift Timing: 3:30 PM – 12:30 AM
Work Mode: Work From Office

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries through live chat.

  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues.

  • Respond to customer messages professionally.
