We are looking for a Nodal Executive – Customer Experience who will be responsible for managing customer escalations, grievance handling, complaint resolution, and customer communication across GoFix and GoGizmo.
This role acts as the bridge between customers and internal teams to ensure customer concerns are investigated, addressed, and resolved within defined timelines. The Nodal Executive will play a critical role in protecting customer trust, improving service quality, and ensuring a positive customer experience even in challenging situations.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, customer handling experience, and the ability to coordinate effectively with multiple departments while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
