Job Title :- NGO Telecaller Executive

Job Description

We are hiring an NGO Telecaller Executive to make invitation calls and share information about the NGO's mission, programs, events, and campaigns with donors, supporters, volunteers, and the public. This role involves simple calling work with no sales and no targets. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound invitation and information calls to supporters and potential donors.

Share details about the NGO's initiatives, events, and community programs.

Answer basic queries professionally and courteously.

Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.

Build positive relationships with donors, volunteers, and supporters.

Follow the provided calling script and communication guidelines.

Requirements

Good communication skills in English, Hindi, or the local language.

Polite and professional phone etiquette.

Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.

Ability to communicate clearly and confidently.

Prior telecalling or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
