Job Description:
We are looking for a friendly and responsible NGO Telecaller to make outbound calls to beneficiaries, volunteers, supporters, and community members for NGO-related communication and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls as per the provided calling list.
Share information about NGO activities and programs.
Conduct follow-up and confirmation calls.
Collect and update basic information from callers.
Maintain daily call records and reports.
Coordinate with the team regarding call-related updates.
Required Skills:
Good communication skills.
Hindi and English speaking ability.
Polite and professional phone etiquette.
Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge.
Good listening and interpersonal skills.
Accurate data entry and record keeping.
Patient, responsible, and team-oriented.
