🌟 Job Role:

We are hiring AR Associates for the Medical Billing process.

Candidates will be responsible for handling medical billing and insurance-related queries through calls and back-office operations.

✅ Eligibility Criteria:

HSC Freshers can apply
Graduate Freshers can apply
3 Years Diploma candidates can apply
Age Criteria: Up to 42 Years
Average to Good communication skills required

🕒 Shift Timings:

5:00 PM to 2:00 AM
6:00 PM to 3:00 AM
8:00 PM to 5:00 AM

🚖 One-sided Home Pickup or Drop facility available as per shift timings.

📅 Week Offs: Saturday & Sunday Fixed Offs

💰 Salary Details:

AR Associate Salary:

₹15,000 to ₹25,000 In-hand
₹5,000 Performance-Based Incentives

📋 Job Responsibilities:

Handle medical billing and insurance-related queries
Communicate with customers regarding billing concerns
Manage backend documentation and process updates
Maintain accuracy and quality standards in operations
