Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, job portals, and social media.
Identify potential clients and maintain lead databases.
Coordinate with the sales and counseling team for lead follow-ups.
Handle outbound and inbound lead generation activities.
Research companies and candidates for training requirements.
Maintain daily reports of leads, calls, and conversions.
Build strong professional relationships with prospects.
Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
