Job Summary

We are looking for a Video KYC Executive to conduct customer verification through video calls and ensure KYC processes are completed accurately and as per company and regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Video KYC verification of customers through video calls.

• Verify customer identity, documents, photographs, and other required information.

• Follow KYC/AML procedures and company verification guidelines.

• Ask verification questions and validate customer responses.

• Identify discrepancies, suspicious information, or fraudulent documents and escalate them.

• Maintain accurate records of completed KYC verifications.

• Ensure high accuracy and compliance while handling customer interactions.

• Meet daily productivity, quality, and turnaround-time targets.

• Maintain customer confidentiality and data security.

Required Skills

• Good verbal communication skills.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Comfortable handling video calls and customer interactions.

• Good observation and verification skills.

• Ability to follow processes and compliance guidelines.

• Good typing and documentation skills.

• Hindi + English communication is preferred/required depending on process.

• Freshers can apply.

Preferred Profile

• Experience in KYC, Video KYC, Banking, BPO, Customer Support, Telecalling, or FinTech will be an advantage.

• Comfortable working in rotational shifts if required.
