Job Title: KYC Executive

Job Location: Tin factory

Salary: 17k to 24k take Home & CTC more than that+ 10k to 15k incentives

Languages Required: English, Hindi is mandatory and any 2 regional languages.

6 working days & 1 rotational week off

Shift timings: 9.30am to 6.30pm

About Company:

It is an Instant Personal Loan platform for self-employed and salaried professionals, where they can apply for a Personal Loan starting from 3,000 up to 5 Lakhs as per their requirement. It is an online platform facilitating loan transactions between banks/NBFCs and borrowrs. The personal loan interest rates available through the platform starts from 12.25% p.a. for loan amounts of up to Rs 4 lakh and for tenures of up to 2 years. The RBI has approved and certified as a non-banking financial institution.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Perform customer due diligence (CDD) and enhanced due diligence (EDD) as per regulatory guidelines.
Verify and validate customer identity documents such as Aadhaar, PAN, Passport, Voter ID, etc.
Handle customer queries related to KYC documentation and process.
