Role Overview

Account Management
Handle a portfolio of key brands/sellers on Myntra
Build strong relationships with brand partners
Act as the main point of contact for business queries
Business Growth
Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
Plan promotions, discounts, and campaign strategies
Identify opportunities to increase assortment and visibility
Data Analysis
Analyze sales performance, trends, and customer behavior
Use data to recommend improvements and optimize listings
Catalog & Inventory Management
Ensure product listings are accurate and up to date
Monitor stock availability and reduce out-of-stock issues
Campaign Execution
Coordinate with internal teams for sale events (EORS, etc.)
Ensure brands participate effectively in marketing campaigns
Cross-functional Coordination
Work with marketing, supply chain, and operations teams
Resolve issues related to logistics, returns, and payments
Required Skills
Strong communication & relationship management
Analytical and data-driven thinking
Negotiation and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of e-commerce and fashion industry
Excel / data tools proficiency
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
1–5 years experience in account management / sales / e-commerce
Experience with marketplaces like Myntra, Flipkart, Amazon is a plus
