We are hiring a Key Account Manager to handle key client relationships as an individual contributor. The role includes resolving client issues, coordinating operations, and driving account growth. The candidate must have experience in the courier/cargo industry and strong knowledge of PTL load management.
Act as the primary point of contact for key clients for queries, escalations, and service issues.
Build and maintain strong client relationships with regular follow-ups.
Coordinate with operations, billing, and support teams for smooth service delivery.
Monitor shipments, service metrics, and proactively resolve issues.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
Track client volumes, prepare basic reports, and analyze account performance.
Graduate with 1–5 years of experience in KAM/customer success in logistics.
Mandatory: PTL load management knowledge + courier/cargo industry experience.
Strong communication skills (English & Hindi).
Good problem-solving skills and proficiency in Excel, Word, PPT, CRM.
