We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Key Account Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key client accounts, ensuring seamless communication, and leading a team of graphic designers to deliver high-quality creative output. A background or understanding of graphic design will be a strong advantage.
Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring their requirements are clearly understood and met.
Coordinate with internal teams (designers, content creators, video editors) to manage project timelines and deliverables.
Lead and manage a team of graphic designers to ensure creative output aligns with client expectations and brand guidelines.
Handle project planning, briefing, and execution across multiple accounts simultaneously.
Track and report on project progress, timelines, feedback loops, and deliverables.
Resolve client concerns efficiently while ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing clients.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative input as required.
Proven experience as a Key Account Manager, Client Servicing Executive, or similar role.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and teams under tight deadlines.
Leadership capabilities to guide and motivate the design team.
Understanding of graphic design principles and creative processes (Knowledge of tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or Canva is a plus).
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Design, or related field.
Prior experience working in an advertising or design agency.
Hands-on experience in project management tools like Trello, Asana, or Monday.com.
Knowledge of digital marketing trends and brand communication.
