Key Responsibilities:
Maintain daily accounts and bookkeeping
Handle purchase & sales entries
Prepare GST invoices and E-way bills
Manage bank reconciliation and cash flow records
Maintain stock/account records properly
Coordinate with CA/accountant for compliance work
Handle vendor payments and follow-ups
Maintain Excel reports and MIS data
Ensure proper filing of financial documents
Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime
Good knowledge of MS Excel
Understanding of GST & accounting basics
Good communication and reporting skills
Honest, disciplined, and responsible attitude
Qualification:
B.Com / M.Com preferred
Graduate with accounting experience can also apply
Experience:
1–3 years preferred
Freshers with strong accounting knowledge may also apply
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Immediate joiner preferred
Male candidates preferred
Candidate willing to stay at factory premises
Hardworking and long-term commitment mindset
Able to work independently and maintain records accurately
