Job Title: Accountant

Department: Accounts & Finance
Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage the daily financial operations of Ms Haque Clinic. The candidate will handle billing, expenses, financial records, and ensure proper documentation and compliance with accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain daily accounts including income, expenses, and cash flow
Manage patient billing, receipts, and payment records
Handle bank transactions, reconciliation, and account statements
Maintain and update financial records in accounting software
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports
Monitor clinic expenses and control unnecessary costs
Handle staff salary calculation and payroll processing
Manage GST, tax-related work, and compliance (if applicable)
Maintain records of medicines, stock purchases, and vendor payments
Coordinate with management for budgeting and financial planning
Ensure proper documentation for audits and financial verification
Track outstanding payments and follow up when required
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or relevant field
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in accounting (clinic/hospital experience preferred)
Knowledge of accounting software (Tally, Excel, etc.)
Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
Good communication and organizational skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Salary:
As per experience and company standards
Working Hours:
10 am to 7.30 pm
