Role Overview
This role involves assisting investors by addressing their queries, requests, and concerns through inbound calls and in-person desk support. The position requires excellent English communication skills, accuracy, and a strong customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle investor servicing through inbound telephone calls and walk-in queries.
• Provide correct and complete responses to avoid repeat queries.
• Coordinate and track Demand Draft (DD) request processes with the internal Client Relations team.
• Maintain professional and clear communication across all interactions.
Skills Required
• Excellent English communication skills (must).
• Good verbal and written communication ability.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry, email handling).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
• Strong customer-handling ability and attention to detail.
Key Performance Indicators
• 100% adherence to turnaround time (TAT) for all requests.
• High-quality communication during calls and counter interactions.
• Zero errors in information shared with investors.
