Investment Counsellor

• Act as the primary coordination support between investors, partners, fund management team, and senior leadership

• Schedule and coordinate investor meetings, review calls, portfolio update meetings, and internal management discussions

• Manage end-to-end meeting logistics including calendars, venues, video conferencing links, agendas, presentation circulation, and follow-ups

• Maintain structured records of investor communications, contact databases, and interaction logs

• Assist in preparation, collation, and circulation of investor presentations, reports, fund updates, and meeting notes

• Track action points arising from investor and management meetings and ensure timely follow-ups with concerned internal teams

Potfolio Company Coordination (Portfolio Support)

• Coordinate with investee companies for regular information flow, data requests, and reporting requirements

• Schedule portfolio review meetings between investee company management and the fund’s investment team

• Assist in collecting periodic updates from investee companies including operational updates, financial data, KPIs, and compliance-related information

• Support preparation and consolidation of portfolio review decks and performance summaries for internal and investor reporting

• Track action items, milestones, and follow-ups arising from portfolio review meetings

• Ensure timely communication between investee companies and the fund management team for ongoing operational or reporting needs.

Documentation & Administrative Support

• Handle professional email correspondence with investors, investee companies, and internal stakeholders

• Maintain organized digital and physical records of meetings, reports, correspondence, and presentations

• Support senior management with day-to-day coordination, scheduling, and administrative tasks

• Ensure confidentiality, data accuracy, and professionalism in all investor- and portfolio-related interactions.
