We are hiring experienced professionals for International Banking & Financial Customer Support processes with leading global organizations.
Experience
- 1–3 years of International Voice Process experience (mandatory)
- Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Customer Support, or International BPO is preferred
Qualification
- Graduation preferred
- Graduation mandatory for select openings
Salary
- ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month
- Up to 30% hike on current CTC (as per company policy)
Work Location
📍 South & North Bangalore (Multiple Locations)
Shift
- US / UK Shift
- 5 Days Working
- 2 Rotational Week Offs
Cab Facility
- Transportation provided as per company policy
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer interactions for international banking and financial service customers.
- Resolve customer queries with accuracy and professionalism.
- Deliver excellent customer service while adhering to quality and compliance standards.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Meet productivity and performance targets.
Candidate Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication in English.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in rotational US/UK shifts.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods will be preferred.
