About the Role
● Manage and oversee 4-5 painting projects concurrently from initiation to completion.
● Coordinate with the Project sales Manager to understand project requirements and
expectations.
● Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
● Procure necessary materials and equipment for each project.
● Assign tasks and responsibilities to painting crews and subcontractors.
● Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.
● Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations on all project sites.
● Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and provide guidance to teams.
● Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and
budget tracking.
● Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and internal
teams.
● Resolve conflicts or disputes that may arise during the project lifecycle.
● Provide regular updates to senior management regarding project status, risks, and
issues.
