Job Description:

- Provide top-notch customer service to US-based clients via phone and other communication channels.

- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner.

- Utilize excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers.

Requirements:

- Excellent English communication skills (C1 level).

- Graduates Freshers/Undergrad with minimum experience of 6 months into International Voice process

- 5 Days working/Rotational Shifts/Rotational Week Offs

- Both side cab facilities within Bangalore Location

What We Offer: Salary

Fresher - 21k in hand - 25k ctc + Incentives

Experience - 28k in hand - 32k ctc + Incentives
