We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join our international voice support team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls from global customers, resolving queries, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Handle customer calls professionally and efficiently for international clients.
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues within the defined timelines.
Provide accurate information and guidance related to products or services.
Maintain call logs and update customer information in the system.
Ensure adherence to quality and performance targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to handle calls under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Flexibility to work in night shifts and rotational week-offs.
Prior experience in international voice process or BPO will be an added advantage.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
Minimum qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate (any stream)
