International Voice Process

Job Title: US Voice / Customer Service / Background Verification / Collections Process
Location: Ghansoli, Mumbai

We are hiring for multiple international BPO processes in Ghansoli, Mumbai. These openings are for candidates with HSC / Graduate qualification, including freshers and experienced candidates, depending on the process. The roles include Customer Service, Outbound Voice, Background Verification, and US Collections-related support.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, be comfortable working in 247 or night shifts, and be open to rotational weekly offs or fixed weekend offs based on the process. Candidates with international BPO experience, especially in US voice, customer service, collections, retentions, or background verification, will be preferred. For some roles, NAPS/NATS freshers are also eligible.

Eligibility Criteria:

• HSC / Graduate

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply, depending on the process

• 6 months BPO experience preferred for some roles

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi

• Must be comfortable with customer service / outbound voice / verification / collections

• Age limit varies from 30 to 35 years depending on the role

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer service calls

• Perform outbound voice verification

• Support US background verification and related process tasks

• Handle collections / retentions / customer communication where applicable

• Maintain quality, accuracy, and professional communication

• Work in a process-driven environment with defined targets

Shift Details:

• 247 shifts for customer service role

• 5:30 PM to 6:30 AM for US background verification

• 6:00 PM to 5:00 AM for outbound voice process

• 5 working days in some processes

• Weekly offs may be Saturday-Sunday fixed or 2 rotational offs, depending on the process

Salary:

• Experienced CS: ₹18,000 to ₹19,000 in-hand max

• US Background Verification: ₹18,000 in-hand for fresher, up to ₹22,000 in-hand for experienced

• Outbound Voice / FADV: ₹17,000 for fresher, ₹22,000 for 6 months BPO experience, and up to ₹25,000 in-hand depending on interview performance

Interview Process:

• HR Round

• Operations Round

• Typing Test for some roles

• Additional process-related evaluation where applicable

• It is a Full Time Customer Support / TeleCaller job for candidates with 0 - 1 years of experience.
