Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Executive to handle product listings, order management, inventory tracking, and customer support for our international e-commerce platforms during the night shift. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in online marketplace operations such as Amazon, eBay, Shopify, Walmart, or Flipkart.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage product listings, pricing updates, and catalog accuracy across e-commerce platforms. Process and track online orders, ensuring timely fulfillment and delivery coordination. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse/logistics team for stock updates. Handle customer queries, feedback, and escalations through chat/email within SLA timelines. Analyze sales reports, track performance metrics, and suggest improvements to enhance online sales. Support promotional campaigns, discounts, and product launches. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with platform policies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, accounts, and operations.

Shift: (U.S. / International Shift) Night Shift (approx. 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM IST)
Working Days: Monday to Friday
