We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Executives to handle international voice support. The role involves assisting global customers, resolving queries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Handle inbound/outbound calls for international customers
Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries efficiently
Maintain a professional, positive, and empathetic tone on every call
Document customer interactions and update records in CRM systems
Meet quality, productivity, and compliance standards
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required
Excellent verbal communication skills in English
Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills
Ability to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts)
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools
Customer-centric attitude with attention to detail
Minimum: 0–1 year (Freshers welcome)
Maximum: 4–5 years in International Voice/Customer Support
Minimum: ₹2.8LPA
Maximum: ₹5.5 LPA
