📍 Location: Malad, Mumbai
💼 Role: Customer Support Executive – Technical Voice Process
🗣️ Process: Back Office + Voice Support

💰 Salary: ₹4 LPA – ₹5 LPA

🕒 Shift: 24/7 Rotational Shifts
📅 Working Days: 5 Days Working

Eligibility Criteria:

✔️ Minimum 1 Year of Experience in Technical Support/Customer Support (Mandatory)
✔️ BS, BSEE, CS, or any other relevant Technical Degree required
✔️ Excellent communication skills in English
✔️ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
✔️ Comfortable working in a 24/7 rotational shift environment

Interview Process:
