• Meet KPIs such as call quality, AHT, and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: HSC (12th Pass)

• Good communication skills in English.

• Ability to handle customer concerns and provide resolutions.

• Willingness to work night shifts and 5-day work schedule.
