International Travel Consultant

Job Responsibilities:

1. Client Consultation & Planning

• Interact with clients to understand their preferences, travel goals, and budget.

• Suggest unique destinations, accommodations, and experiences aligned with their interests.

• Create custom itineraries with day-wise planning, seamless transitions, and meaningful add-ons.

2. Research & Itinerary Design

• Use various partner portals and tools (like DMC platforms, Viator, Expedia TAAP, etc.) to compare and quote hotels, transfers, tours, and flights.

• Stay updated with the latest travel trends, visa regulations, and seasonal highlights.

3. Booking & Coordination

• Handle bookings for hotels, transfers, activities, and flights.

• Coordinate with vendors, hotels, and tour operators for confirmations, upgrades, and special requests.

• Ensure all bookings are accurate and align with the itinerary timeline.

4. Pre-Travel & Post-Travel Services

• Provide visa guidance, travel checklists, and tips.

• Maintain regular communication with clients before, during, and after travel to ensure satisfaction.

• Handle feedback and resolve post-travel concerns promptly.

5. Internal Collaboration

• Work with the operations and design team for itinerary formatting, branded documents, and updates.

• Coordinate with finance for invoicing and payments.

• Track commission margins and booking records efficiently.
