Job Description

1. Knowledge of international destinations, products, logistics, GDS systems, CRM tools, visa process for global destinations, 2. Ability to - a. build strong client relationships and maintain repeat business, b. multitasking under pressure, c. manage your operations including budgeting, vendor follow-ups, d. assist in junior consultants training, e. maintain and update booking system and client records, f. respond to inbound with prompt, professional communication, 3. Design, customize and manage international travel itineraries for FITs, GITs, corporate clients and group departures. Note.-- IATA certification is highly desirable.
