✅ Position Overview:
We are seeking motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Callers to join our team for the ELD Telematics Campaign and Website Campaign. This role involves handling outbound international B2B calls to clients in the US, Canada and Australia.
ELD Campaign : You will engage with prospects, pitch ELD (Electronic Logging Devices) and telematics solutions, and achieve sales targets. The role operates in a night shift from 10 PM to 7 AM, offering an opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Website Campaign : This role involves outbound B2B sales to Australia-based businesses, offering website development, redesign, SEO, and digital marketing services in morning shift from 7am to 4pm. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong sales abilities, and the confidence to convert leads into successful sales.
✅ Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Sales Calls:
Initiate and manage outbound calls to international B2B prospects in the US and Canada.
Deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations to promote ELD telematics products and services.
1. Lead Generation & Conversion:
Identify potential leads and assess client needs to offer tailored solutions.
Convert leads into customers by effectively addressing objections and closing sales.
1. Relationship Building:
Build and maintain professional relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
1. Sales Reporting:
Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls, prospects, and sales in CRM systems.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to track progress against targets.
1. Campaign Knowledge:
Stay updated on ELD telematics products, industry trends, and compliance requirements. (ELD Campaign)
Stay updated with digital marketing trends, website services, and industry updates. (Website Campaign)
Use knowledge to educate clients and highlight product benefits.
1. Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales and technical teams to meet campaign objectives.
Share feedback and insights to improve sales strategies and processes.
Experience:
1. Previous experience in international outbound sales, preferably in B2B voice processes or telematics campaigns for ELD.
2. Minimum 1 year of experience in International BPO Sales (Website Sales preferred).
Sales Skills: Strong negotiation, objection handling, and closing abilities.
Flexibility: Willingness to work night shifts (10 PM – 7 AM) and morning Shifts ( 7am -4pm) to cater to US and AUZ clients.
