Job Summary:

Adzdrio India Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven International Sales Executive to join our night shift team in Noida Sector 6. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating international leads, maintaining strong relationships with global clients, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate business opportunities in international markets.

• Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospects through email, calls, and online platforms.

• Maintain consistent communication with international clients to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions.

• Conduct virtual meetings, product presentations, and sales negotiations.

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.

• Keep detailed records of sales activities and prepare regular reports.

• Meet and exceed individual sales targets and performance benchmarks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in international sales or outbound calling (Freshers with excellent English may apply).

• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).

• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable working night shifts and in a performance-driven environment.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.

Job Details:

• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

• Shift Timing: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM (Night Shift)

• Working Days: 6 days a week (Sunday Off)

• Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site

• Location: Noida, Sector 6
