International Voice Process – Night Shift

Position : Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Voice Process (B2B Outbound Calling)

Shift : 6:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Monday – Friday) | Weekends Off

Salary : ₹14,000 – ₹25,000 + Incentives

Key Responsibilities:

Engage in outbound B2B cold calling to promote and sell services.

Provide excellent customer service and build strong business relationships.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Fluent communication skills with a strong command of English.

Basic computer literacy and familiarity with office tools.

Minimum qualification : 12th grade completed.

Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, though freshers are welcome to apply.
