Customer Service – Back Office (Chat Process)
Position: Customer Service – Back Office (Service & Sales | Chat Process – Non-Voice)
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Employment Type: Full-Time
Interview Mode: Virtual

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries through chat support.

  • Provide accurate, professional, and timely written resolutions.

  • Assist customers with both service-related and sales-related inquiries.

  • Deliver an excellent customer experience through effective written communication.

  • Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

  • Excellent written English communication is mandatory.

  • Strong grammar with no grammatical errors is required.

  • Qualification: 10+3 Diploma / HSC / Any Graduate.

  • Basic computer knowledge is required.

  • Comfortable working in 24×7 rotational shifts.

  • Must be comfortable with the offered salary package.

  • Regular college students are not eligible.

  • No leave will be granted during the first 6 months of employment.
