Job Description

Role: Customer Support Executive – Chat Process

Experience: Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply

Qualification: 10+3 Diploma / HSC / Any Graduate

Working Days: 5 Days Working

Shift: 24/7 Rotational Shifts

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries through chat.

  • Provide accurate resolutions through written communication.

  • Assist customers with service and sales-related requests.

  • Maintain professional and customer-friendly communication.

Requirements:

  • Strong written English communication skills.

  • Basic computer knowledge.
