🕒 Shift: 24/7 Rotational Shifts
📅 Working Days: 5 Days Working | 2 Rotational Week Offs
🔹 Job Description:
Teleperformance is urgently hiring Customer Service Representatives for its Chat Process. If you have excellent written communication skills and customer service experience, this is a great opportunity to grow your career with a global leader!
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer queries and concerns through chat professionally.
• Provide accurate product/service information and resolve customer issues.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction (CSAT) and achieve defined KPIs.
• Update CRM systems and maintain accurate interaction records.
• Follow process guidelines, data privacy, and compliance standards.
🔹 Eligibility Criteria:
✅ Graduation is mandatory.
✅ Prior Customer Service/BPO experience is mandatory.
✅ Banking/Financial process experience is an added advantage.
✅ Excellent written English communication and typing skills.
✅ Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
✅ Must be comfortable working in 24/7 rotational shifts.
✅ UAN check is mandatory.
