Non-Voice Process
Respond to customer queries via email and chat.
Provide accurate and timely resolutions.
Maintain records of customer interactions.
Ensure high-quality written communication.
Meet productivity and quality benchmarks.
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum Qualification: Intermediate / Graduate / Post Graduate.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Good communication skills in English.
Basic computer knowledge required.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Salary: 18000 to 40000
