We are hiring International Customer Support Executives for our International BPO / Customer Service / Contact Centre operations in Jaipur.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through international voice, chat, and email support.

• Provide professional international customer service to customers.

• Resolve customer complaints, queries, and service-related issues effectively.

• Communicate with international customers in clear, professional English.

• Understand customer requirements and provide accurate solutions.

• Handle inbound customer calls and customer support interactions.

• Manage customer support tickets and update cases accurately.

• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and customer experience.

• Follow defined SOPs, quality standards, compliance guidelines, and company policies.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.

• Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate department.

• Meet assigned quality, productivity, customer satisfaction, and performance targets.

• Work effectively in a fast-paced international BPO / contact centre environment.

Candidate Requirements

• Good to excellent English communication skills – verbal and written.

• Strong spoken English, listening, comprehension, and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable speaking with international customers.

• Customer-focused attitude and professional communication skills.

• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with email, chat, CRM, and ticketing systems.

• Comfortable working in rotational shifts / night shifts.

• Willingness to work from office in Jaipur.
