We are hiring International Customer Support Executives for our Jaipur team. If you have excellent English communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and are looking to build a career in the International BPO / Customer Service / Contact Centre industry, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through Voice, Chat, and Email support.

• Provide professional and effective international customer service.

• Resolve customer issues and queries within defined timelines.

• Handle and update customer support tickets accurately.

• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.

• Communicate with international customers in clear and professional English.

• Follow company processes, policies, quality standards, and SOPs.

• Maintain accurate customer information and interaction records.

• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.

• Meet individual and team performance, productivity, quality, and customer-service targets.

• Excellent English communication skills - written and spoken.

• Comfortable communicating with international customers.

• Good verbal, written, listening, and comprehension skills.

• Customer-service mindset with good problem-solving abilities.

• Comfortable working in rotational shifts.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with email/chat applications.
