1) Hopper Universal GDS - Travel Process (Voice)

Department: Hopper Universal GDS

Job Type: Voice Process - Travel Domain

DOJ: Immediate

Openings: 20

Eligibility:

- Minimum 6 months experience in GDS - Amadeus/Sabre

- Knowledge in refunds, reissuance, cancellation, reservation, partial exchange, schedule change

- Good English communication (Strictly Cluster 1 or 2 only)

- Must reside within Thane IBU boundaries

Salary: Rs. 42,000 Net Take Home

Shifts: 24x7 Rotational

Week Offs: 2 Rotational

Interview Rounds: HR -> AMCAT -> Essay Writex (60+ Score) -> Operations

2) HSBC Credit Card Process - Customer Service + Cross Selling

Department: HSBC Credit Cards

- Communication Level: C3

Shifts: Day Shift (9 hours within 7:30 AM to 10:30 PM)

Week Offs: 2 Rotational

Transport: Centralized pick & drop from Thane Station

3) HP PS Process - Linguistic & English Voice (Technical Support)

Eligibility:

- HSC + 6 months experience OR Graduate Freshers

- C3/B2 Voice Communication

- Basic Hindi (for linguistic profiles) & English fluency (for all)

Salary: Rs. 22,000 Net Take Home

Shifts: Rotational Day Shifts (Between 9 AM - 9 PM)

Week Offs: 6 days working, 1 rotational off

4) CENTENE - US Healthcare Voice Process
