Position: Customer Care Executive – International Voice Process
Location: MUMBAI
Experience: 0 – 4 Years (Freshers can apply)

About the Role

We are hiring International Voice Process Customer Care Executives for multiple leading organisations. The role involves handling inbound/outbound calls, resolving customer queries, providing product/service information, and ensuring excellent customer experience across international markets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound/outbound calls for international customers.

  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes.

  • Resolve queries, complaints, and service requests within defined TAT.

  • Ensure first-call resolution (FCR) and maintain customer satisfaction.

  • Follow communication scripts and standard call-handling procedures.

  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments.

  • Maintain call records, feedback, and reporting as per process requirements.


Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English (neutral accent preferred).

  • Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to handle pressure, objections, and difficult conversations with professionalism.

  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.


Eligibility

  • Education: 10+2 / Graduate (any stream).

  • Experience: 0–4 years in International Voice/Customer Support.

  • Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
