We are hiring for International Voice Process in the US Healthcare domain. This role involves interacting with US-based clients/customers over the phone to resolve queries, provide support, and handle claims-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for US healthcare clients.

• Assist patients/customers with insurance claims, billing, and general inquiries.

• Maintain accurate records of interactions.

• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in English.

• Willingness to work night shifts.

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

• Prior experience in US Healthcare or international BPO is a plus.
