We are hiring Customer & Technical Support Executives to handle customer queries, resolve issues, and ensure excellent service delivery. Candidates must have strong communication skills and the ability to work in a BPO environment.
Handle customer queries via calls, chats, or emails.
Provide accurate solutions for customer & technical issues.
Troubleshoot basic technical problems.
Maintain quality, productivity, and proper documentation.
Work as per rotational shifts and meet required KPIs.
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (Any Stream).
Graduate Freshers can apply.
6 months – 1 year BPO experience on paper preferred/required for experienced category.
Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written).
Comfortable with rotational shifts.
₹27,000 – ₹36,000 CTC per month (based on experience & performance).
