Handle basic customer queries related to Telecom billing
Act as a Customer Resolution Expert ensuring first-call resolution
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and comprehension skills
Basic computer knowledge with ability to handle tools & systems efficiently
Flexibility to work in night shifts (US Shifts)
