📌 Role: Customer Service Advisor (US E-Commerce – Voice)

📍 Location: RIICO, Jaipur

🕒 Shift: Rotational | 5.5 Days Working

🧠 Experience: 1+ Year (BPO – International Voice Preferred)

💰 Salary: Upto 35K (per month)

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Handle inbound calls (40–50/day) for e-commerce queries

🔹 Resolve issues (orders, refunds, returns, payments)

🔹 Provide professional & empathetic customer support

🔹 Follow SOPs & maintain service quality/KPIs

🔹 Document customer interactions accurately

🧠 Required Skills:

🔹 Fluent English (C1/C2 level)

🔹 Customer Handling, Problem-solving & listening ability

🔹 Basic computer & CRM knowledge
