Key Responsibilities

• Provide real-time support via phone, email, chat, and video for international clients using Petpooja's billing software, resolving issues related to POS transactions, menu management, inventory tracking, payments, and integrations.

• Handle escalated queries from global restaurant chains, ensuring 99%+ resolution within SLA (e.g., 15 mins for critical issues).

• Conduct remote demos, onboarding sessions, and troubleshooting for features like multi-language support, GST compliance, and analytics dashboards.

• Document interactions in CRM and collaborate with product/engineering teams for feature feedback from international markets.

• Monitor client health metrics, proactively suggest upsell opportunities, and contribute to reducing churn in key regions.

• Adapt to cultural nuances and time zones during rotational shifts (e.g., US nights or EU mornings).
