We are looking for a Relationship Manager to join Kotak Life Insurance. The role involves managing a team of insurance advisors, supporting them in sales activities, and helping the branch achieve business targets.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train and manage a team of insurance advisors

• Support advisors in lead generation and client meetings

• Guide advisors to achieve monthly sales targets

• Maintain daily reporting and coordinate with the Branch Manager

• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Requirements:

• Graduate (Any stream)

• Good communication & convincing skills

• Experience in banking/insurance/sales preferred (freshers can also apply with these skills)

• Smartphone & basic area knowledge required

Job Type:

• Field + Office role (not a full-time field job)

Locations Available:

• Multiple branches in Ahmedabad - candidates will be allotted the nearest branch

(Examples: Ellis Bridge / Shivranjani / Nikol)
