We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Recruitment Coordinator (Male) with strong communication and coordination skills to assist with recruitment operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up assessments (AMCAT and Versant), managing interview logistics, and briefing candidates for BPO (Voice & Non-Voice) roles.
Assessment Setup & IT Support:
Arrange laptops and ensure proper setup for AMCAT and Versant tests.
Troubleshoot any basic technical issues during assessments.
Candidate Coordination:
Coordinate with walk-in and scheduled external candidates for interviews.
Maintain proper check-in and test schedules.
Ensure a smooth candidate experience from entry to exit.
Internal Coordination:
Work closely with the internal recruitment team to align on interview slots and panel availability.
Share timely updates on daily footfall, assessment results, and shortlisted candidates.
Candidate Briefing:
Clearly explain job roles, expectations, and process flow to candidates applying for BPO Voice and Non-Voice roles.
Address candidate queries professionally.
General Support:
Maintain proper documentation and logs of candidates tested and interviewed.
Support in managing recruitment drives and bulk hiring events.
Male candidates preferred due to job nature involving on-ground logistics.
Minimum 6 months of prior experience in a coordination, operations, or HR support role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Basic technical proficiency (handling laptops, assessment tools, MS Office).
Good interpersonal skills and ability to manage candidates efficiently.
Flexible with work timings, especially during hiring drives.
